Fees

The registration fee for full participants is 165 Euro, for Ph.D students 110 Euro and for accompanying persons 85 Euro. The registration fee covers the general cost of the conference and the participation on the social events of the symposium: welcome reception on Friday, an excursion to see the Puszta again :) on Saturay and the closing banquette on Sunday.

The conference fee is 165 Euro which includes full board accommodation in the Hotel Tisza. (3 nigths, breakfast, lunch, dinner)

An extra 50 Euro will be paid by the participants of the workgroup meeting held on 6th and 7th of September for their accommodation (lunch and dinner not included).

For the students who are accomodated in the dormitory, a discounted conference fee of 110 Euro will be offered.

Transfer of the money can be made ONLY by bank transfer. Payment by credit cards (VISA and Mastercard) is not possible due to technical problems.

Payments are requested to be made in EURO.

In case of cancellation 80% of the fee paid will be reimbursed if cancellation is made before 31 May and 50% if it is made before 20 August. After this date reimbursement due to cancellation is not possible.
