Ágnes Zsófia Kovács is associate professor of American Studies
in the Institute of English and American Studies at the
University of Szeged,
Hungary. She is teaching courses on 19th-20th century American literature, literary theory, and methodologies
of American Studies. She has published two books, The Production of a Civilized Experience in Henry James (Mellen
2004), Literature in Context (Jate 2010), and edited AGORA: Students’ Essays
from the OTDK (2012).
She received the HUSSE Book Award honorary mention in 2009.
